Es liegt in einer ruhigen Eigenheimsiedlung mitten in Berlin. Haus Prerow ist ein Einzimmerapartment mit Bad und Dusche und befindet sich separat auf unserem Grundstück. Diese wundervolle neue 120 qm2 grosse Dachgeschoss-/Penthousewohnung mit einer Sauna ist im Viktoriakiez (ruhige Lage) - 2Min Fussweg zum S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz und 5 Min Fussweg zur Rummelsburger Bucht am Wasser. Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Somit kann auch eine private Bootstour durch Berlin jederzeit bei mir gebucht werden.

Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.
