Ostkreuz station is just a 5 min. walk away and has a direct, 20 min. connection to the airport and 15 min. to Berlin Main Station.

A special highlight is the Finnish sauna in the apartment. The S-Bahn and U-Bahn station Frankfurter Allee is only 200m away from the flat. A shopping center is nearby. Garage for free.

Mini Apartment Altbau Prenzlauer Berg

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

I am offering a room, part of my flat, on the 5th floor (bathroom, without kitchen, own entrance, no lift). The room is quiet and has a great view of the Fernsehturm. The flat is opposite Volkspark Friedrichshain and located between Prenzlauer Berg and Friedrichshain. The access to public transportation is excellent. Alexanderplatz can be reached in less than 15 minutes. I moved to Berlin several years ago and would be happy to share my own tips for your trip in Berlin.

kleines Ferien-Apartment

Wir vermieten ein kleines, gemütliches Ferien-Appartement mit separatem Eingang im eigenen Haus. Direkt neben den "Gärten der Welt" haben wir viel Grün um uns herum, freies Parken und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Mit dem Bus ist man in 15 Minuten an der U- und S-Bahn (5). Zur Weihnachtszeit ist es besonders schön dekoriert bei uns und der Glühweintopf steht bereit. Berlin hat viele sehr schöne Weihnachtsmärkte und im nahen Tierpark gibt es eine zauberhafte Lichterschau.

The apartment is well connected to the public transportation to the center of Berlin. This ‚flat’ with its own entrance is a part of a bigger flat with another entrance door. The rest of the flat is separated by a door (locked). So you are not going to have any contact with other people. The apartment is located on the 4th floor (without elevator).
