Parkston Schoolhouse

Relax and unwind in this historic converted one-room schoolhouse. Built in 1870, the Parkston Schoolhouse served all grade levels in the Livingston Manor area. Welcome to our sun-filled home with a magical backyard where two creeks converge! This modernized farmhouse is an easy 8-min drive to Livingston Manor, one of the most popular towns in the Catskills. The home is on the sleepy Main St of a hamlet with a fully fenced yard for you to relax with kids or pets :) You can truly unwind and enjoy nature without having to leave the property, stroll the rail trail just a few doors down from the house, or use our tips to explore the area!

Rental is located next to a busy road , if you are not comfortable with some traffic at certain times of the day then this may not be for you I would also note that this home is small inside but very comfortable . There is a cozy yard to relax in next to a fire pit and a table and chairs if you would like to eat outside. I will provide firewood for one night, and charcoal for grill for one night as well. Located 1/4 mile from home is a local place to purchase extra wood .

Catskill Getaway Suite

Our guest suite has a private entrance adjacent to the main house with a kitchen , living room, bedroom with a full bed and full bath. Also a porch with patio furniture, a charcoal BBQ and 50 acres to explore. We supply sheets, towels, kitchenware, coffeemaker, TV, internet, Wi-Fi and AC. A great getaway for 2 adults. 20 min. from Bethel Woods for concerts, 30 min. to Resorts World Casino. All are welcome. Rainbow friendly. No smoking, children, pets or animals.

Cottage by the River

Cozy country home located in the Catskills. It is perfect for a weekend getaway. Walk out to river views and multicolor leaves an ideal fall setting. Fire pit and wood on site to make a fire at night and enjoy the stars.  There is a small town and local breweries only 5 minutes away. What the siding lacks, the fully renovated inside will surely not disappoint. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms that will comfortable fit up to 10 guests.
