It has two balconies and a terrace, all with lake views, and only a 5 minute walk down steps to a small lakeside beach and lake front walk. We have a private dedicated parking spot.

It is an ancient independent stone house recently renovated (March 2024) and equipped with every comfort to guarantee you a wonderful stay a stone's throw from the lake ( 200 meters). The apartment is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning in all rooms, fast WI-FI, oak parquet in all rooms, bed linen and towels and courtesy sets always included and available.

It enjoys breathtaking views of the centre of the lake, the nice island, the villa del Balbianello, Bellagio and some typical small villages of the area.

La posizione permette di raggiungere Bellagio in pochi minuti e vanta svariate comodità tra cui un parcheggio privato per gli ospiti, la vicinanza alla spiaggia, ad un ristorante sul lago, ad un market alimentare, ad un noleggio di barche e ad una fermata del bus. La particolarità del nostro alloggio è l'antico mulino situato sotto all'edificio attraversato da un ruscello il cui fruscio regala un'atmosfera di calma.
