Also located on the main level is a large living room, dining room, an additional full bathroom, and kitchen with double ovens. Lower level includes 3 additional bedrooms and a large full bathroom. The spacious entertainment room is furnished with a sectional and dry bar with plenty of seating.

Relax with the whole family! A simple house a couple blocks from the pool and parks for the summer months and a 2 minute drive or 10 min walk to downtown. A nice little yard for family BBQs and only minutes from the high school for sporting events. This is a pet friendly home with a fully fenced yard and small doggy door. I’m slowly working on updates in the house and hopefully will have a second bathroom and third bedroom sometime this year. Any questions just ask.
