Welcome to the Gregoire Farm. Our home is a recently remodeled split level located on our family farm. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths as well a sofa bed. Park your car in our two car garage. Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls. River Retreat Cabin on bluff over Klondike Falls

We have a beautiful cabin/home overlooking the Big Sioux River and Klondike Falls. This area has been on KELO-land news showcasing the many Eagles whose habitat is directly in front of our home. No need for a fan for white noise here as you can relax on the deck and listen to the water rushing over the Klondike Dam below. Most of the interior has been constructed from reclaimed lumber from the 1900s but also with all the modern conveniences you'd expect. 3 bedroom, 2 baths - can sleep 8.

Oak Ridge Hideaway apartment

Private pet-friendly apartment with separate entrance using a keypad. Thermostat is separate for Heating and Air Conditioning and is in the AirBnB unit. Sleeps six (unit contains a queen bed, full sized bed, twin sized murphy bed, plus a twin sized daybed). Located on a golf course 2 minutes off I-90 in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood. No extra fees for pets or cleaning and all we ask for check-out is to text when you leave and lock the door.

D'Brick House in Wayne

D'Brick Cottage is located across from Wayne State College in Wayne, NE. This recently renovated 2-bedroom house offers a comfortable place to get away. Includes indoor fireplace, equipped kitchen with all appliances and conveniences, plus laundry in the basement. The perfect place to get some rest for traveling employees, visiting family, or just because. SPECIAL NOTE: The basement contains an apartment that is rented separately.
