There is a seperate living area with a full kitchen, dining and lounge space. The bedroom and lounge areas open to a private courtyard under a glorious Syringa tree.

Off-grid, solared powerd, sustainable, stylish home that has natural light pouring in through large double volume windows. Ideal for families and business colleagues. Our house is not suitable for parties. Upstairs there is a master suite with a balcony and a second bedroom, both en-suite. Downstairs is a double bedroom and converted study with single beds. The house is equipped with a gas fire in the lounge and a gas stove in the kitchen. The hot tub is not available due to loadshedding.

Our garden cottage is located in a highly secure boomed off area within an upmarket residential suburb just 10 minutes drive from the Sandton CBD. Gautrain bus stop 1 minute walk away.
