This peaceful home can offer you nice walks and enjoyable evenings “en famille” or “entre amis” in the spacious garden or cosy terrace. Situated between the Bordeaux wine capital and the Dordogne valley and a short drive to St Emilion. Only 5 mins from local amenities.

Aire de pétanque et molkki , table et chaises de jardin . bbq . Le gîte ( 110m2) est une ancienne maison de vigneron entièrement rénovée en 2018.

There are 5 en-suite bedrooms, 3 of which overlook the large pool and outdoor seating area whilst the remaining 2 overlook the beautifully picturesque sandstone village of Saint Magne de Castillon which is nestled in amidst the Castillonnais vineyards. 7 minutes drive from St Emilion and 50 minutes drive from Bordeaux, it's an ideal spot to enjoy a group / family holiday!
