Cet appartement est au pied du métro Ménilmontant, un quartier en pleine mutation avec de nombreux commerces de proximités, tout proche du quartier Jean-pierre Timbaud, d’Oberkampf, Belleville et Père Lachaise.

La chambre est munit d'un lit double queen size. Le salon donne sur rue et la chambre sur cour. Ce charmant deux pièces de 65 m2 est situé au pied du Père Lachaise et bénéficie de nombreux commerce de bouche et restaurants.
