Il se compose d'une entrée de 8m2, ainsi que d'une pièce de vie principale de 19m2 (toilettes et salle de bain séparés) Parking couvert possible a coté de l'appartement. Maverick notre chien sera content de vous voir.

It is the perfect place for wanderers and we are at 10 minutes hiking from a waterfall. We are 3 km from the village and 15 min from Grenoble

Grand Balcon plein sud avec le soleil du matin au soir comme le bâtiment est haut et sans vis à vis. À côté le centre et au calme. Canapé lit confortable avec sommier à lattes (2 personnes) et coin montagne superposé (2 personnes).
