On the first level there is a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen, while on the upper floor there are a bathroom and two bedrooms that communicate with each other with an internal wooden staircase. Durch den Garten, ein Stockwerk tiefer, befindet sich das zweite Schlafzimmer (Kamara) mit Teeküche und Badezimmer, welches einen separaten Eingang hat.

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting.
