It is 3 miles from the Bryce Jordan Center, Penn State Creamery and the Waffle Shop, and a short walk to Spring Creek Park, Millbrook Marsh, and hiking/biking trails. Tussey Mountain and historic Boalsburg and Bellefonte are a short drive. This cozy spot has a private entrance with driveway parking in a residential neighborhood.
