It is situated within walking distance to Portrane Beach, local shop, public house and sit-in fish and chip shop. The area is quiet with picturesque scenery. It is close to Rogerstown Estuary which is home to a bird reserve. It is a 15 minute drive from Dublin Airport. There is a bus stop outside which can bring you to Donabate train station and Swords Village.,

E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is numerous attractions including the Hook lighthouse, Dunbrody Famine ship and Tintern Abbey and watersports including Kayaking, Coasteering. Caving and archery. those looking for the nature trails we have Tintern abbey, Forth mountain and Kennedy park it is also a fantastic location for Anglers.

The accommodation is open plan with a full size double bed, and a sofa bed that converts to a double bed. A travel cot can included upon request.
