This third-floor apartment is VERY close to Queen’s University as well as Lake Ontario and historic downtown Kingston. It has its own private entrance at the back of the house up a set of outdoor, narrow, metal stairs (the original fire escape). It also has air conditioning. The homeowners live on the first two floors, making this the ideal space for someone looking for a quiet space close to Queen's and downtown Kingston.

This is one of two units that we have available on our property. Both are separate from our home and have kings sized beds. 200 sq ft room with full bath and kitchenette. Outside grill and space for up to 28 ft. boat. Parking for boat trailer as well. Property is directly on the river. View from room is restricted.

This space is perfectly located, close to all the fun to be had in Clayton! Free off the street parking. Nice and quiet, newly renovated, very clean. A long list of amenities to help make your stay quite comfortable.

Enjoy a cozy experience with all amenities at this centrally located condo in downtown Brockville 1 block from the St Lawrence River and Hardy Park. Portable playpen available if needed. Small child could sleep on couch
