Enclosed porch with your vehicle parked right outside the door. The living room has Futon with a desk and chair for a comfortable workspace. Large country kitchen that is stocked with everything you need to cook meals. Snacks are included. There’s also a wall fireplace. The bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser and closet.

Ponds and woods not our property so please stay in yard/ grass only

Located 20 minutes from downtown Rochester, RIT, and the University of Rochester, and 1 hour from Niagara Falls, the LeRoy exit to the NY State Thruway is 10 minutes away. We are 30 minutes from Conesus Lake and the entrance to the other Finger Lakes.
