Our 2021 constructed craftsmen cottage is nestled in the woods but very close to Palmer. This is a quiet 8 acre parcel but only 5 minutes from breweries, shops and restaurants in downtown Palmer. Close to Hatcher Pass, Independence Mine, Glaciers, Hiking, Musk Ox and Reindeer farms. The owner's house is also on the property and they are available to you throughout your stay. The owners have lived in Alaska for over 40 years and are committed to helping you with all there is to experience!

A small cabin built like a studio apartment. Very roomy and homey — quaint, quiet and simple. There’s a garden with fresh greens and herbs for your enjoyment and world class hiking and skiing within 10 minutes. Palmer and Wasilla are 15 minutes away. There’s a large parking area and shed with fun outdoor gear to use, as well as a wood burning cedar sauna. Though we ask that you request/message before using it. Want pets? Cupples Cottage #4: Downtown!

Welcome to the award winning Cupples Cottages! This 600sf flat was recently renovated and is beautifully furnished. When built in 1952 by my late grandfather these units were offered fully furnished providing temporary housing primarily to the construction workers living away from their families working on my grandfather's construction crew. Fast forward over 70 years and 3 generations and the property has been reimagined as Cupples Cottages Vacation Rentals, operating since 2017.

Gooding Lake has a small sandy beach and float plane access. The canoe & kayaks are free to use.. Guests must walk up a full flight of steps.

Welcome to the Fireweed Guesthouse. Comfortable 2 1/2 bed, 1 1/2 bath, full kitchen, and a large front deck with the most amazing mountain views. Located at the end of the road, there is minimal traffic, it's a nice, peaceful cabin in the heart of Alaska! Fireweed Guesthouse is perfect for adults 21 years and older but IS NOT SUITABLE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN AND INFANTS.
