This beautifully sloping lot with a semi-private lagoon is at one of the widest locations of the Tennessee River/Wheeler Lake. Multiple rooms have panoramic views of the lake and ZERO development across the water. The home includes a huge game room, covered outdoor living area outdoorand spacious kitchen to accommodate ALL the cooks! The south-facing windows provide colorful sunrise and sunset views. Come and relax on the river with the whole family! We are on the water with a dock with boat ties and swim ladder. During summer months we are accessible by boat. We do NOT have year around water so if you book after Labor Day it’s dependent upon TVA. Completely furnished kitchen with an air fryer for those chicken nuggets. Coffee maker too! We are safety minded for those with small children. We have plenty of life jackets. The top deck has a locking gate to keep the stairs blocked off.
