A public park with a pond, stream, pathway adjoin the property. 30-minute drive to Pisgah & DuPont Forests. No pets allowed, we love them.

Located within biking distance to downtown's restaurants, breweries, and shops but tucked away on a beautiful wooded lot - truly the best of both worlds!! 20 minutes to Pisgah Forest,Dupont Forest, Asheville Airport, vineyards, etc.! 3 Ski Mountains within 70 minutes!
