Build sand castles & tan on the beach. Rent or bring a boat / jet ski to explore the river. Have a BBQ feast with the sunset as your backdrop. Cool off inside with cocktails at the bar & a game of pool. And at the end of the day, retreat to bed for a fabulous night sleep on comfy memory foam mattresses with soft cozy linens.

Enjoy fantastic views and comfortable surroundings. This is the lower level guest house of our riverfront vacation home. It has a private entrance with access to the boat dock. Enjoy river and mountain views from the living room, full kitchen and patio. Bring your jet skis and fishing poles we are on the deep part of the river. The dock and patio are shared with the main house. Main house is not a rental. The space is not kid friendly.
