*There may be construction noise during the day coming from our neighboring property. Welcome to the Mountain Lodge King Rooms at The Inn on Fall River. Please note that you may need to use stairs to access your room. This room overlooks Fall River and features Wireless high-speed Internet access, a large flat screen tv, a King bed, full bath, and granite counters. By booking the King Room, you will have easy access to our private hiking trails that lead directly into Rocky Mountain National Park and access to over 4000 ft. of Fall River. Our double queen lodge room is located inside one of the largest log lodge buildings in the west. It’s a grand rustic lodge with impressive lobby with large views in all directions. Each room contains a full private bath, desk and chair. There is plenty to do so you won't even miss the TV. We do have free Wi-Fi for our guests - no password needed.

One mile to the new CSU stadium...easy to stay here and have a leisurely stroll to a football game. Don't let the size of this small room fool you. Just the right size for one person. Two bathrooms shared by the whole house. You must read and agree to all of the rules and additional information. Hint, hint I'll know if you've read them.
