This modern, unique log house was completed in 2020 as a home for a family of five. The living room's high ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows make the living room very bright. The northern lights have also been admired from the sofa in the living room. Natural materials guarantee that it is good to breathe and be in the house. The location is optimal, just over 5 minutes from the center and 15 minutes from the airport/ Santa's village. Getting there by public transport is also possible.

Rauhallinen asunto 3-kerroksisessa talossa, ylimmässä kerroksessa, siellä on hissi. Huoneisto on viihtyisä studio, jossa on kaikki tarvittava vähintään 3 hengen oleskeluun. Siinä on kaksi erillistä sänkyä ja sohva, joka voidaan taittaa kokoon. Siellä on iso lasitettu parveke. Huoneistossa on astiat, hyvin varustettu minikeittiö ja liinavaatteet,pimeät verhot. Huoneisto sijaitsee lähellä kaupungin keskustaa( 2 km) . Oma sisään kirjautuminen.

Stylish villa with house equipment. A out 40 min away from Ylläs. The site is located on the bank of one of Europe's best salmon rivers. On the other side of the river is Sweden. On a clear winter evening, you can see the northern lights while sitting on the couch. Or what it would sound like to sit in a hot tub in complete silence. (hot tub is not possible below zero celcius)

Rentoudu koko perheen kanssa tässä rauhallisessa majapaikassa. Lähistöllä hienoja retkikohteita omatoimimatkailuun, 40km päässä Aavasaksa. Talo sijaitsee kaukana valon saasteesta, eikä siellä ole katuvaloja. Talomme pihalta voit nähdä revontulet, jos niitä esiintyy. Lisäksi vieressä kaksi järveä. Myös poroja voi nähdä luonnossa! Oma auto pakollinen kohteeseen matkustaessa.
