This adorable little 450 sq ft cottage is perfect for 1-2 guests and is just a short walk to spectacular Heceta Beach. Walk to Jerry's, a friendly local pub with a pool table, juke box, full bar, and darn good food! We love the Driftwood Shores little Market & Deli for a beverage or quick bite. With the ocean, lakes, river, sand dunes and lush environment there's good reason that Florence is called "Oregon's Coastal Playground!" Need a separate workspace? We've got that too.

Sutton Lake Area Cottage, North Florence

This cottage style studio is in a quiet neighborhood on the northern outskirts of Florence. In addition to the hot tub, guests like the tall ceilings, the pellet stove, the overhead door that opens to the back patio, and the covered front porch. The tall evergreen trees and large front yard make for a calm setting sheltered from the nearby ocean winds. This location puts you close to: sand dunes(1 mi), Baker beach (2.7 mi), sea lion cave (5mi), Cape Perpetua area/Yachats (18mi).

Or paddle west 2 miles on the Relaxed river to the ocean where you can then get out and play on the beach! Bird watch as you catch your fish. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil place.

Welcome to the cottage in the country! A lovely spot to get away and enjoy the peace and quiet. This spot is within 5 minutes of the Eugene airport, and 10 minutes of downtown Eugene, it's the perfect in-between! We offer free wifi, Roku TV, and Netflix. We have a large fenced in area for dogs and the wetlands across the street for bird viewing or walking. This spot is a great outdoor getaway or stopping point during travels.
