Soak up the modern and vintage charm of the Innkeepers Quarters at Witmer Estate! The 2nd floor bedroom & bath have just been renovated to add a luxurious tile shower and soaking tub, newly redesigned bedroom w Smart TV creating a beautiful 2nd floor suite. Hot tub open all year. The Innkeepers Quarters is attached to the main house but is a completely private unit. (Please note some noise can be heard through the walls) Close to area attractions, Sight and Sound Theaters, The Amish Village.

The Beloved Chateau is a guest suite in a character house in Adamstown. You will relax in a hot tub, enjoy a comfortable bed with a newly renovated, modern bathroom. The tv is a 55 inch TV with access to your personal streaming accounts. Whether you like to hike, shop for antiques in town, or enjoy a restful evening in, it is perfect for couples searching for a restful overnight stay. The room is fully independent from the rest of our house. It has a private entrance with NO shared space.

The listing is NOT for the entire house. Our family and dogs live in the main part of the house. Enjoy petting our goats and watching our cattle. An abundance of various birds, deer, and foxes roam the farm and surrounding area. Spend the evening by the fire pit so you can appreciate the quiet & stars.
