4 story townhouse with a roof terrace, in the heart of Nottinghill. The whole house is yours. Close to amazing restaurants, spa, shops and Holland Park tube station. So much to do in the area. Quick walk to portobello road, Holland Park, Hyde Park, Westfields shopping centre. Some amazing restaurants on our doorstep: 6 Portland (need to book) Flat 3 Giraffe (kid friendly) Local pub is The Castle and there is a Tesco for anything else you may need. Both within a 2-5min walk from the house.

Battersea Park Comfortable room

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home. The room is on the first floor ( single guest with standard double 4ft6” x 6ft 3” bed) , shared bathroom. Light use of the kitchen. The washing machine used with permission. No breakfast provided. The room is at the rear and can be noisy with the station and trains from 5.30am till 12pm. The house is situated near a tube, 2 train stations and numerous buses. Please note I have a “Firm” cancellation policy and no room keys.

The rooms are west facing, benefiting from the evening sun. A Continental style breakfast is available every day. Not Sundays.

Our attic spare single room is in our family Victorian cottage in the Tonsley's neighbourhood of Wandsworth. You will have the top floor to yourself with skyline views and flooded by the rising sun and sunset. We have equipped this space with quality products and an array of items. This neighbourhood has a village feel with entertainment, shops, restaurants, Pubs, coffee shops and transport within walking distance. The close-by Thames Riverfront is a great place to walk or jog.
