The houseboat is a unique place to stay in London, within easy reach of all of London’s landmarks, including Tower Bridge and Tower of London (5 mins by train). The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. We are a peaceful, modern, minimalistic & carbon zero detached cabin. Very private, very secure, tucked away, surrounded by trees, plants, birds and nature, you'll think you're in the country. It has its own private garden and entrance. The cabin is built from slow-grown larch and has triple glazed doors. Inside is fitted out with sustainable materials like birch ply-panelling and plant based flooring, and we an MVHR clean air system. We harvest rainwater, compost and power by ASHP.

My place is close to both Oval & Brixton tube stations (15 minute walk to the KIA Oval cricket ground) and just 12 minutes on tube to the very heart of the capital( Westminster, The South Bank, Covent Garden, St Paul’s, Tower Bridge) Parking is available outside the building, free from Friday 6pm until Monday 8am There is a lift inside (I live on the first floor)
