Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Secluded home yet close to town. Nestled in a quiet cove right off the main channel on Lake Hickory. It has a heated indoor pool so even in the winter time you can enjoy the water with view of the lake. There is a dock as well. So if you happen to want to enjoy the lake, you can. The house has its own boat ramp so if you want to bring your own boat you can. If not there are places to rent them from. Hope you come and enjoy our piece of paradise.

Take a leisurely stroll and enjoy the charming neighborhood. The peaceful neighborhood and designated parking spaces make our place the perfect location for exploring Lake Norman, Mooresville and Charlotte.

Our cottage offers a country setting with all the comforts of home. Open floor plan, well equipped Kit. and full laundry room. Primary room with queen bed & private bath. Twin beds in the 2nd BR, 2nd full bath is off the hall. Relax on the porch or grill on the deck with firepit yard. WIFI access. Recently renovated! Enjoy big lake views at our family cottage. Perfectly nestled on the edge of Lake Wylie with panoramic sunsets, a fishing pier, a gentle-sloping yard, and plenty of outdoor space for fun! Cozy up to our floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace with a favorite drink. Bring the family and enjoy kayaking and splashing in the water. Two bedrooms and an open loft upstairs with a double and a twin bed. Come unplug, relax, and reconnect with your favorite people. See you at the lake!

Beautiful small home designed after many trips to Italy! Located in a peaceful neighborhood tucked in a wooded area. It has all the amenities you need to feel at home. We are 7 minutes from downtown Forest City, 12 minutes from TIEC, 20 minutes to Shelby, 1 hour to Asheville, and 1 hour more or less to many mountains, waterfalls and outdoor activities! 5-8 minutes away, you can find an Ingles supermarket with a Starbucks and gas station, a Walmart, an ALDI and other convenient stores.

You are going to love it! The cottage is furnished with an eclectic flare. Lovely artwork and a kitchen that is very user-friendly. Spices included :) This 2 BR, 1 bath cottage, makes a cozy getaway. Ideal location with Cabarrus Arena, Charlotte Motor Speedway less than 15 mins. away. Pets are more than welcome. The large yard is not fenced. High-speed wifi, no basic cable.
