This tiny cabin on the banks of the Brazos River is a perfect getaway and is located 20 miles from Waco and Baylor University. Enjoy views of the peaceful river and abundant wildlife while relaxing on the deck and sipping your favorite beverage. The deck has outdoor seating, a grill, fire pit and an ice cooler. The house is in a quiet cul de sac neighborhood. The property has a fenced backyard. Small, house-trained dogs are welcome upon request. (Extra cleaning fees apply) This quaint and lovely two bedroom house is a 5 min walk from the lake and the Lake Waco Dam and walking path or a 5 mile drive to Baylor McLane Stadium and the Magnolia Silos. The Waco regional airport and Hawaiian Falls water park is approx. 3.7 miles away.
