It’s the upstairs cottage apartment with tall windows giving you a view to the Live Oak trees canopying together. The one by the cottage is 200 +years old!! Charming and cozy place to relax or work! Living room windows are tinted for privacy. Comfy bed and all the bedding is cleaned in between guests. There are plenty of towels, linens, and the essentials you need to be comfortable. A quick 15 minute ride from the Tallahassee airport has you enjoying the sunset from our rocking chairs.

Twisted Pine Lake Cabin, secluded & near town

Close to everything, a million miles away....... Down the two-track driveway, past the view of the nearest neighbors, our new custom cabin awaits. Rest easy on the screened porch, with its view of the two-acre lake or cross the adjacent foot bridge to the island. Fish for bass and bream, stroll the walking path, paddle around and enjoy the wildlife, or just relax far from the madding crowd. This slice of paradise sits on 12 acres; our home is across the lake, out of sight and out of mind.

This clean, cozy, site built home is located in the quaint riverside village of St. Marks. Strategically located between the St. Marks + Wakulla Rivers, accessing the Gulf in just 3 miles. Perfect for nature lovers, fishing enthusiasts (fresh and saltwater), biking, kayaking, birding and just relaxing. The Florida Trail/ bike trail can be accessed from the culdesac of this neighborhood at mile 15. Minutes from the St. Marks NWR and Wakulla Springs State Park. 1 mile to marina/boat ramp.

Guesthouse - Studio in the woods

The guesthouse sits tucked back in the woods next door to our home, offering privacy and quiet once you arrive. The surrounding area is rural and unpolished - but the property itself is clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully maintained. Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 11:00 pm EST. We do not allow check-ins after 11:00 pm. This property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or who is unsteady on their feet. No smoking, e-cigs, or vaping permitted in the cottage or on the property.

At over a 1,000 sq. ft, THE SPACE @Magnolia Hill is the perfect place to Work or Relax or just Recharge! We are conveniently located to downtown, The Capitol complex, FSU and FAMU as well as near great restaurants, shopping, parks and Tallahassee Memorial Hospital!

Historic Briarcliffe Cottage

Experience historic charm and modern comfort in this beautifully restored two-bedroom stone cottage, built in 1939 by a Scottish architect using limestone from nearby Wakulla. Listed on the local historic registry, it features hardwood floors, original art, cozy furnishings, and thoughtful amenities. Nestled in Tallahassee’s Old Town—just one mile from the Capitol and 1.5 miles from FSU—this serene retreat offers character, convenience, and comfort.

Wakulla River House - Watch the Manatees Swim By

Only 20 minutes south of Tallahassee, leave your cares behind and enjoy the beauty of the Wakulla River. The unique house includes 4 kayaks and 2 SUPs for you to explore this pristine river. Enjoy your own private dock; you might see the river otters first thing in the morning there as you enjoy your coffee. The boat ramp is nearby. The house is tastefully appointed and features artwork from several artists who capture the local flavor.

Goat House Farm is a 501(c)3 nonprofit educational farm. All profits go toward supporting our youth and educational programs. Come and de-stress by snuggling our goats. These bundles of joy are guaranteed to make you smile! We are near Tallahassee but in a rural area, down a dirt road, but we promise the trip is worth it. Kayaking (byo) and calm hiking right off the property, plus beautiful sunsets on the lake.

Oyster Cottage (Wheelchair Friendly)

Enjoy family friendly convenience at the Courtyard's Oyster Cottage (sister to the Pelican Cottage). Wheelchair friendly with parking pad. Close to everything in and around Crawfordville. Subway and Taste of Mexico food truck are across the street. Enjoy seasonal fruit from the orchard. If you love coffee like we do there are two coffee trailers only a few minutes away, as well as a sit down coffee shop.
