On your private shaded terrace, an outdoor table and furniture w/sink allows you to prepare breakfast or cold bites. Activities? En la casa también hay folletos con todas las actividades deportivas y culturales. Dénia está declarada ciudad creativa de la gastronomía por la Unesco.

Brand new stylish renovated villa in Denia!

Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell.
