This charming upstairs studio apartment has a private entrance and is close to the University of Arizona, downtown, and University Medical Center. Sunset Ranch, acre lot facing open high desert

Sunset Ranch is an acre lot at the far southeast corner of Marathon, TX that backs up to the ranch land facing south that provides unobstructed views of sunrises and sunsets from the 700 sf covered porch. Marathon is a quaint west Texas town with a public park, gardens, restaurants and shopping. It also has a level 1 night sky rating for star gazing. Located 40 minutes from Big Bend National Park entrance, this is a launch point to explore the national park and other parks and communities.

Studio Cabin: Glamping with Mountain Views

3:10 to Dragoon studio cabin is only 1 hr east of Tucson and 3 miles off the I-10 in the tiny town of Dragoon. Our property borders trust land w/unobstructed mountain views. We are near the Willcox Wine Trail, Cochise Stronghold, and Chiricahua Nat'l Monument. The cozy cabin is equipped with an outdoor hot shower, cassette toilet, heat/ac, kitchenette and double bed. This is glamping at its finest in Cochise country! (At 4600' elevation, we are 10-15 degrees cooler than Tucson or Phoenix!)

High Desert Hideaway (Garage Space & Kitchenette)

This cozy 250 sq ft studio apartment, with dedicated one-car garage space, is located in a quiet neighborhood near the Huachuca mountains. The space is on the second story above the garage of a single-family home. Its charming size is perfect for individuals and couples. The shower and bathroom are small (may be uncomfortable for people over 6 feet). Works well for military, contractors, traveling nurses, and bird watchers. Includes everything needed for a short or long-term stay.

Our home is a century old, with quality beds, fully equipped kitchen, bar, spiral staircase to a vaulted patio with mountain views and a fully enclosed private back yard makes for an enchanting and memorable experience. Tucson International Airport is an easy 7 miles and Saguaro National Park East is 13 miles or Saguaro National Park West is 16 miles. Close to all Gem Show exhibits!

Our casita is the perfect escape for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.

A cozy and private guesthouse nestled in the oaks at the foot of the majestic Huachuca mountains. Stunning mountain views from the living room, kitchen, and wrap-around porch. Plenty of space, including a large kitchen with granite countertops and a spacious living room with a sofa bed. Though it feels remote and secluded, excellent restaurants are within a 5-minute drive!
