Peace and Plenty Cottage, Gwynver, near Sennen.

A beautiful granite cottage, in a stunning cliff top position above Gwynver beach perfect for a couple, with sea views towards Sennen and the Isles of Scilly. A wood burner heats the cottage so it stays cosy in winter. Footpath to the beach from the cottage door and across the cliffs to the Coast Path. It is a compact but comfortable space and the bathroom has a shower. I rent it out Saturday to Saturday, I will make brownies for you and one of my chilli relishes will be with eggs if my🐓 oblige.

The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

1 Cliff Cottage, Portloe is a recently renovated fisherman's cottage with a large terrace and spectacular views of the harbour and out to sea. The timeless village has been the setting for many films and TV dramas including About Time, Poldark and the Wild West. The South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Alternatively decide to just relax, pour yourself a glass of wine and let the world turn a little!

Little Bream has a fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable superking size bed, amazing shower. Distant sea view from the bedroom, a garden/BBQ area and is set in 2 acres of garden. An Enjoy England 4-star Gold Award, Grade II listed quaint Cornish cottage. Built from local granite, with beautiful views of the sea and the local mining heritage. Original features can still be found in the cottage such as a large inglenook fireplace in the sitting room. There are two cosy bedrooms, sleeping a total of 3 guests. The front bedroom has a King-size bed complete with a luxury Hypnos mattress. The smaller back bedroom has a single divan bed with a pocket sprung mattress.

This two bedroom house is in a quiet location, yet close to Pendeen and local beaches. The cottage has amazing sea views and both East and West facing gardens. Walking distance to local amenities, including a shop, pub, cafe and post office. An ideal spot for walkers and adventurers, with sea views and easy access to the Coast Path.

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.
