Huvilassa on myös sähkösauna, Drop Design ulkoporeallas ja kaksi erillistä WC:tä. Kokonaisuuteen kuuluu lisäksi oma ranta laitureineen sekä tyylikäs, puulämmitteinen, rantasauna, jossa on lisävuode 1-2 henkilölle, suihkutila ja wc.
