Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

Novi renovirani apartman nalazi se u prizemlju i ima zaseban ulaz. Objekt se sastoji od spavaće sobe, kupatila te dnevnim boravkom sa kuhinjom. It is located in the authentic Istrian village of Gažon which is situated on a hilltop above the coastal towns of Koper and Izola. It has only a few tourist capacities, so it remains still a normal living village. The village is surrounded by vineyards and olive orchards.

The apartment has everything you could need and consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. In front of the apartment is a terrace with one of the most beautiful views of the Istrian landscape, where you can enjoy a coffee in the morning or some of the top wines of the region in the evening. We also provide a parking place for 1 car.

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.
