Our 200 years old traditional house is perfectly maintained and it will work as a time capsule, in which you will travel in much more authentic times, where good taste was synonymous to simplicity and people had enough time to dream. The shady garden plays the role of the conductor, sets the rules and interacts in a relaxing but at the same time demanding way. Everything takes place in or around this oasis. We welcome you to our cottage house in Taktikoupoli Troizinias. The ideal place to relax, enjoy nature and explore, only 1 km away from the sea (by car). Also, it is close to the Volcano of Methana, Vathi marina, the Ancient Theater of Epudaurus, Devil’s Bridge, Lake of Psifta and Poros island. All you need is a car or a motorcycle and travelling mood! But how can you come? By car via Korinthos and Epidaurus or by ship via Methana or Poros.

Frantzeskos House

Our house is a traditional, sunny house with two internal courtyards. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It is only ten minutes from the port of Hydra and is fully equipped. Four meters from the house there is a small grocery store that operates on Sundays. There are easy access to sandy beaches (Kamini, Avlaki, Mandraki) and to beaches with rocks (Spilia). The transfer of baggage upon arrival and departure will be done by us.

In Palaia Epidavros, villa with swimming pool, 2 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the village. The apartment includes a big living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The large private terrace overlooks the sea and the 12-meter swimming pool in the outside living and BBQ area. The apartment is available all year round. Full refurbishment in 2024 - all pictures not yet updated.

My stone farmhouse is surrounded by 11 acres of orange trees,lemon trees and much more trees which fruits you can taste. The backyard under the giant mulberry among with the old well relaxes and takes you back in time and makes you feel part of nature .The cottage is located in the fields of Leonidio(2.5km from center & 600meters from sea),against the red rock/cliffs you will be climbing.

Theros Guesthouse Spetses

Double bedroom apartment with private bathroom and private veranda. Part of an old mansion built in the 18th century. Recently renovated so that it can comfortably accommodate two people. At the very center of Spetses island. Five minutes walking distance from main port. Five minutes walking distance from most attractions (main market, restaurants, bars, museums, Agios Mamas beach).

The "House in the center of Hydra" is a two floor apartment, located less than a minute away from the port. Built during the 19th century but recently renovated and redecorated, it is the first year that it is available for rent. The house's original style was maintained and enhanced with contemporary decorative ideas, resulting in a simple and comfortable yet luxurious outcome.
