Fully-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, multi functional microwave, hot plate, oven, toaster, juicer, kettle, coffee maker) available to you as well as all the other utensils you need, First bedroom with king bed and another bedroom with two separate beds that could be put together. A bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Apartment is equipped with air condition system for both cooling and heating. It is on the 3th floor of the residential building without elevator. There is parking 1 minute away at the owner property or right in front of the apartment building. With all of this around, you might just decide to enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony over a glass of wine. 10-20 minutes by taxi from the airport, 5 min by taxi to the bus station. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. This carefully restored 3 bedroomed house with air conditioning and every modern convenience, is located in a small properties beside the sea in Orahovac, a quiet village in the most select part of the remarkably beautiful Kotor Bay, a World Heritage Site. At the rear, a garden has parking for one car; at the front, a small terrace and lawns extend 5 metres to the sea. The coast is uncrowded and very safe for children.
