This walkable, luxurious studio condo features a SOFT queen bed, inflatable mattress, Fire TV, comfortable seating, dining/work area, bathroom with shower, wifi access and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. All linens are included as well as extras.

This brand new 2 bedroom 1 bath loft apartment is just 10 minutes from downtown, 20 minutes from the Smokey Mountains, and only 5 minutes from Baker Creek Preserve and Bike Park. If you're here for the game, leave your car parked here and take a short uber ride to the stadium. If you're here for mountain biking, it's a short ride from here to the trailhead. Well behaved small dogs are welcome upon request. We charge a $45 pet fee.

Our Nest remodeled chic cabin West Knoxville

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The property has a year-round creek running in front of it and it is surrounded by trees where you can hear and see many birds including Woodpeckers, Cardinals, Mocking birds, etc. hence the name "Our Nest". Bigger than tiny and smaller than average, we have just completed the full renovation (Summer of 2022) of this mobile home. Located in one of Knoxville's best areas, 5 min away from the mall and all shops and restaurants around it

Busha's Barn

Serenity and seclusion awaits you at Busha's Barn. The nicely appointed studio has everything you need to enjoy your visit. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, convection/microwave, two eye burner, coffee pot, toaster. Relax on the couch and watch tv or take a nap in the comfortable queen size bed. If you are working from home there is a desk and of course wfi. Situated on a heavily wooded acre surrounded by birds and wildlife. Take a short hike down the path to Beaver Creek.

Farm Stay Experience

Our place is a renovated, two bedroom, 1930's farmhouse on a working hobby farm. 28 Acres of farm land with animals accompany the house. A detached garage is home to Farm to Feast Knoxville and will have private dining parties through reservations only. This site is near the house but will host less than 24 people. Guests are ten minutes from Turkey Creek shopping and restaurants. Easily accessible to I40/Watt Rd. exit. NO SMOKING is allowed in the house.

Welcome to Piano House 🎹 Built in 2021, this cozy 2-story spot has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. It's located in a quiet, new community, and you can 🚗 hop on the freeway in less than a minute. Plus, UT is just a 4-minute drive, and downtown Knoxville is only 5 minutes away. If you want a comfy place with a great location📍, Piano House is the spot for you! *We do charge a $15 per night pet fee. This is on individual bases.
