Downtown Knoxville 25 minutes, Maryville 15 minutes, Lake Loudon boat launch 5 minutes, and Townsend Cades Cove and Great Smoky National Park all under an hour. The view from the property is gorgeous! With sweeping mountain and meadow views! This truly is almost Heaven!!
