Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. This adorable house built in 1910 has been redone for the perfect artsy getaway! You can ride an electric scooter back and forth from Downtown, or stay closer to home and check out breweries, coffeeshops, and local restaurants. We’ve left a list of all our favorite spots at the air bnb. Free yoga class on Sundays at 11 am at Ebony and Ivory brewery for any booking! NO PARTIES. NO PETS ALLOWED. We love animals, but unfortunately they are not allowed at the air bnb.

Built in 2017 this craftsman style house has all new furnishings including top of the line kitchen appliances, king and queen beds, twin bed, toddler bed, PacknPlay for infants, two twin-size floor mattresses, a large sectional couch in the TV room, leather couch with power recliners in the sunroom and an Amish built large dining room table. Spacious yard and creek. Newly added landscaping with a fish pond surrounded by bird feeders. Park in attached garage.
