The Barn House at Owens Acres

Enjoy a peaceful stay in our cozy, cute barn at the base of Lazy Mountain. Surrounded by stunning Mountain View’s and towering green trees this barn is sure to please as it is neatly tucked in to the back of our two acre property, sitting behind our beautiful log home. With a full kitchen, full couch and TV, king size bed, and washer and dryer in the bathroom, you are set to stay as long as you like and feel right at home while on your Alaskan vacation. The barn house is 640 square feet total.

Ron’s Knik Glacier Views is a brand-new private guest suite with spectacular views of the Knik Glacier and River. Includes 120-acres of Alaskan wilderness with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, sleeps 6. The accommodations include a walk out, wrap-around balcony. The 1250 sqft suite is the entire 2nd floor of my home. It is accessed by its own staircase and balcony. A 3-mile hiking trail takes you to 5500 ft. The home is crafted to provide you with over 420 Sq Feet of carefully planned space offering a fully functional kitchen, a beautiful bathroom and a custom tiled shower. It is truly magical to soak outdoors under the night sky in the privacy of your own hot tub!

"Into The Wild" Magic Bus

The Magic Bus is inspired by the bus from the "Into The Wild" movie. Located in the woods with comfortable beds, linen and electricity, but only 200 feet from a full bathroom and other facilities. You can watch wildlife straight from the windows! Come stay in our multicultural and multi-language glamping site by the beautiful Knik river, close to all the great attractions of the area. We believe that traveling to Alaska should be not only comfortable but also memorable!

The Johnson House Cottage

The cottage is a secluded guesthouse in a friendly neighborhood with spectacular views of the Knik Glacier and river. This retreat has room for up to four guests. It is an open floor plan with a double bed on the ground floor and twin beds in an upstairs loft. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave. Propane BBQ on the deck and bathroom with a shower. Our cottage is not visible from the parking area so self check-in is not an option.

Pioneer Peak Haven

Beautiful new log cabin that's perfect for families or small groups. The cabin has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. It has a large great room with a spacious kitchen and dining area on one side and a living area on the other. This cabin has beautiful views of Pioneer Peak and surrounding mountains. It's very close to many recreational opportunities including hiking, biking, fishing, 4 wheeling etc. It's 40 minutes from Anchorage. Washer and dryer in cabin. No pets please.
