We're located on 80 acres that adjoin the Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument to the north, perfect for a scenic hike or a casual stroll. Nature and wildlife abound, and though quiet and private the Loft is just five minutes off I-5 and 25 minutes from unique downtown Ashland. We're pet friendly and have an outdoor pool! A balcony with bench seating and a granite table. We allow one small dog, under 40 lbs. 40.00 fee. Modern, clean, cozy. PLEASE!! NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY!

The Loft on the Lane is a one bedroom flat/studio located on the second floor with a view of Grizzly Peak from the front porch. Comfortable for 2 guests and at 7 blocks from the Ashland Plaza, it's easy access to the park, food, and entertainment by foot or bicycle. The Loft on the Lane is a separate unit but can be rented with the Court on the Lane home listing for those who need additional room or privacy.

It is located above our tasting room, and is furnished with both a king & queen bed, full kitchen, bathroom, and has a balcony & hot tub with views of our beautiful flowing ponds and vineyard.
