We have a huge great room and kitchen, comfortable beds, and pool table inside and large front/back lawns & porches for playing & lounging outside. Kirkwood-23 miles, Heavenly-21, Lake Tahoe-26, hot springs, fishing, snowmobiling-10, supplies-13, and EV Level 2 Universal Charger.

Located just a few minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the ski gondola and the bustling night life of South Lake Tahoe. We are full-time residents of the home up the hill from the guest house; we chose this location for its sense of seclusion and privacy.
