A full walkout basement with lots of lighting! In the bedroom it can get dark enough for you to sleep in or you can let the sun shine through the blinds. There's one bedroom, one bathroom with a Jacuzzi (not an outside hot tub), a mini kitchen (no stove) big living room with big screen TV! Private entrance. Cozy and comfortable! You can retreat and feel renewed! Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

Welcome to a piece of paradise out in the country! The entire downstairs is yours to enjoy. Guests have separate entrance and completely private backyard. The apartment is completely self-contained and there are 2 acres of woodland going to a small waterfall that the patio overlook. Private and peaceful with healing properties are often the terms used by guests to describe the farm. Come and see for yourself! The Bearfoot Retreat Kingsport, TN

3BR/2BA ONE LEVEL Brick Ranch located next to Bays Mountain 5 mins from downtown Kingsport, W/D, Full Kitchen, 50-inch TV w/cable, WIFI provided. A DOG MUST BE PRE-APPROVED and there will be an added pet fee. Can accommodate up to 6 guests, there is an $10 fee added per guest above 3 per night. I do not charge a cleaning fee as long as guest leave place clean as found. Also located on our 6-acre estate is a 2nd BNB rental the "BEARFOOT CHALET" to allow families to be close.
