We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. Access to the nearby Incline Village private beaches (Ski, Incline, and Burnt Cedar) is available but restricted.
