A former professional in the hospitality management business with an emphasis in the food & beverage aspect of this same world, Laurel Cottage was designed and constructed on an acre of private land on Johns Island to act as a sanctuary in which to live close to the island of Kiawah in which I was employed. Explore the splendor of the island by land (on bikes) or sea (by kayaks) & check out Kamp Kiawah & nature programs for kids, take a short drive to see the magnificent Angel Oak and the tea plantation on Wadmalaw Island, and don't forget to visit nearby Charleston!

Our Beach House is a quick walk to the beach with the boardwalk only steps from the house. Its floor-to-ceiling windows and open floorpan give the house a contemporary feel. Master and king suites are on the main level, each with private baths. The two twin suites are located up a small flight of steps and both include private bathrooms. Each bedroom includes television and Apple TVs. Off of the kitchen is a gorgeous screened porch perfect for having breakfast or happy-hour cocktails.

King Tide offers some of the most spectacular views Folly Beach has to offer—spanning the marsh, the iconic Morris Island Lighthouse, the Ravenel Bridge, and the Atlantic Ocean.
