The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, closet space, decorated with touches of care & is right next to the bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, FL touch vibes & is steps away from the bathroom. Can fit up to 8 people but for comfortability 6-7 is recommended using sofabed. Our home is perfect for travelers looking for a private, clean and pleasant space, as well as families or couples enjoying a vacation. Everything is located within 20 minutes from the house, such as the airport, the riverwalk, Hyde park, and more lovely attractions.

Great 4 bedroom 2.5 bath,. 35 foot pool home with covered patio backed up to a beautiful park!! 2 story home.(stairs) Close to airport, amusement parks, restaurants, downtown, stadium and shopping. Parking in driveway. (3 to 4 cars max.) Please know pool is not heated. Also we do not accept pets. No parties or large gatherings are allowed . No motorcycles, campers, RVs or boats allowed. We're a quiet, small, serene old neighborhood on the end of a cul-de-sac and nearly floating on a lagoon! Florida nature at it's finest. The home is just 4 feet off the sea wall so the home is best suited for adults that are looking for that quiet get-a-way. Upper has 2 beds & a tri-fold mattress. Our driveway is shared so we can accommodate for one vehicle and it must fit under our carport and there is no street parking. No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs permitted.
