Treetops is a self-contained luxurious studio cedar chalet nestled in a sub-tropical garden with a wonderful sea view. Featuring spacious Open Plan Living, furnished with a King Bed, double Spa Bath, separate shower, full Kitchen facilities, recliner lounge suite, a BBQ on your deck; as well as having air-conditioning (Heat Pump/climate control), Freeview TV, Netflix and Free WiFi. Totara House

Totara House is located in attractive and peaceful surroundings and is walking distance to Kerikeri, Stone Store and Rainbow Falls. The location makes it the perfect base to explore some of the amazing beaches, walks and activities in the Bay of Islands and further North. In Kerikeri check out the local Saturday market or buy wine, fruit, cheese and chocolate from local producers around Kerikeri. Kerikeri town centre is 5 minutes away by car and has supermarkets, post office all you need.

Top House - unrivalled views and privacy

The Top House, so named because of its location, with 270 degree views, has unrivalled privacy, and it's own helipad. This recently renovated 3 bedroom house is located on 330 acres of private farmland. Get ready for family fun in this peaceful 3 bedroom home. Overlooking the Rangitane reserve, watch from the deck as the kids play tennis or swing at the playground. Only 200m to the boat ramp to access the beautiful Bay of Islands. 15 minutes to supplies in Kerikeri or Waipapa. 8 minutes to Doves Bay marina. Little ones can swim at high tide at the reserve. Kayak around the inlet and catch a snapper, or wander the nearby bushtracks. Listen out for the local kiwi at night.

Keith's Cottage

For a true Kerikeri experience, stay in my new garden cottage, built in May 2025, and surrounded by citrus trees. The cottage is comfortable, peaceful, yet also close to town. Food options are extremely convenient with a café/bakehouse and also an Indian restaurant directly across the road. For more dining options, as well as a supermarket, central Kerikeri is a pleasant 850-metre stroll away. And at the weekend, the Old Packhouse Market is just a few minutes’ walk.
