Set 6 feet off the forest floor, this naturally lit cabin has an especially enchanting canopy view of Resurrection Bay. Salted Roots Cabins offers 5 private nightly units.

Seahorse Cottage is a cheerful, light-filled, immaculately clean cottage that you will love to call your home away from home. Ideally located in downtown Seward: 1 block from the bay and waterfront playground, 1/2 block from library, 1.5 blocks from post office, and 3 blocks from the Alaska SeaLife Center. Woof, hi, I’m Kobuk the Saint Bernard! Welcome to my log cabin! It’s super cozy, away from the downtown hustle-bustle, and a short walk to the beautiful 16-mile Lost Lake Trail, where I love to hike, wade in streams, and roll in snow. My dog-friendly cabin is in a popular all-season adventure spot for mountain/snow bikers, trail runners, backcountry/cross-country skiers, and snowmachiners. Pack your gear and come on over! We even have room for parking boats and snowmachine trailers.

Beach House #1

A quaint cottage a short walk from Lowell Point Beach. The cottage has a bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a private carpeted loft with a queen-sized mattress. The loft has a steep staircase, so not ideal for young children or people with mobility issues. A single futon in the living room brings the total sleeping capacity to 5 people. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Guests can enjoy use of the picnic area, with a barbecue grill and fire pit.

A Cottage on the Bay

A cottage on the bay is a beach front house with 3 bedrooms, each looking out over Resurrection Bay. A well supplied kitchen and living room allow you to relax while watching the ocean and mountains. The large front deck expands into a sitting area with fire pit, looking over the beach. Stoke the cedar sauna and enjoy walks to the north and south while it warms up! The whales, sea lions, seals, otters and birds make this place truly unique.

MountainTop Cabin

We completed construction in the fall of 2014. Our family lived in this cabin for just more than a year as we completed construction of our forever home. We are close enough to offer you any assistance you may need but far enough away to give you all the space and privacy you will want. It's a rustic cabin finished with all the modern amenities. The decor suggests a modern feel, but the log walls and large windows suggest rustic Alaska.

Oceanfront Inn Duplex (Upstairs Suite)

A single private unit located upstairs in a two-story duplex. The suite includes two private bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a living/dining area with couch and table, and a full kitchen stocked with dishes and basic cookware. The bathroom includes a stand up shower, no bathtub. Each suite also features a private balcony with the best view in Seward! Access to a shared hot tub, (extra fee), is included with rental of this unit

Wil's Cabin

Beautiful cabin with 3 bedrooms and large sleeping loft with 6 beds. Amazing 360 degree view at the treetops. Fish freezer, chairs, fire pits, new kitchen, car and boat parking in a quiet, serene, private area minutes from downtown Seward, amazing hiking and world class fishing. No dogs without permission, and please message me about this first. We have WiFi now. No parties, strict outside quiet hours are at 9:30.

Welcome to Clear Creek Cabin located just 5 minutes from Seward. The cabin is 800 sq ft, 2 bedrooms (1 king/1 queen pillow top beds) the couch pulls out to a bed or I have a double sized memory foam bed available for a 5th person. There’s a bathroom w/ shower and Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, living room area with Smart 65 inch tv, and starlink wifi. Covered deck off the front with a bbq and a fire pit.

A Cedar Suite

Kick back in this peaceful, adorable, cedar, private home. Relax on the roomy deck and watch for local wildlife. Head out back and roast a hot dog over the fire pit. There is a large bedroom with a very comfy Alaska King bed. Walk the quiet roads and see the beautiful mountains in all directions. Located just 4 miles outside of the town of Seward you will have access to nature as well as the local town amenities.

Coho Cottage

Cute 1950’s cottage charmingly restored with antiques and nautical decor. Great location being one street off of the main road so it's quiet yet centrally located. It is a 13 minute walk to downtown (.7 miles), 8 minute walk to the boat harbor (.5 miles), 5 minute walk to Two Lakes Park and a 2 minute walk to the gazebo on the lagoon. The fenced yard backs up to the mountain for added privacy.
