A modern eco-friendly stone-built retreat, set in a private olive grove using regenerative farming, just 2 km from the sea, surrounded by olives, pines and cedars, with views of Ha Gorge. Het huis is twee honderd jaar oud en ruim 25 jaar in familiebezit (eerste buitenlander in het dorp). Een prachtig uitzicht via het (deels)overdekte dakterras op de bergen. Dichtbij Ierapetra en de zee met heerlijke rustieke strandjes. Op het pleintje op 200 meter afstand van het huis is het heerlijk Lokaal eten en spotgoedkoop.

Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.
