Die Unterkunft, in sich ruhig liegend auf einer Düne am Rande d. Naturparks Stettiner Haff, verfügt über ein großes Grundstück mit eigenem privaten Parkplatz, Sonnenplätzen, Terrassen, kl. Rückzugsmöglichkeiten und Schattenplätze. Es gibt eine Streuobstwiese u. im Garten genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten der Entspannung. Darüber hinaus kann man im Gartenhaus eigene Fahrräder sicher unterbringen und E-Bikes aufladen. Für Grillabende kann man die großzügige Terrasse verwenden. WLAN ist überall vorhanden.

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

Der Hof besteht aus einem von Linden und Fichten umgebenen Haus mit gepflegtem, buchsbaumumsäumten Vorgarten und einer daran anschließenden reetgedeckten Scheune.
