LITTLE HOUSE AT PLITVICE LAKES

Little house is situated in a peaceful small village of Rastovaca, just 500 m (5-10 minutes easy walk trough the little forest) from Entrance No. 1 of the Plitvice Lakes National Park. Bus station is also at Entrance No.1 of the Plitvice Lakes NP, as well as the small souvenir / grocery store, cafe shop, buffet and couple of restaurants on 5-10 minutes walking distance. If coming without a car, we suggest to do bigger shopping before coming to the Little house. Little house is split into 2 levels and it is completely furnished. It consists of kitchen (oven, stoves, coffee machine, water heater), dining room, living room (SAT-TV and AC), and bathroom on the first level. Please note that there are spiral wooden staircase leading on the upper floor (because of this it is not recommended for people with difficulty in walking) which consists of 1 double room (15 sqm) and a space with 1 single bed, AC. In the cold winter days there's also a central heating at your disposal, on request. Free WiFi is available in the Little House and in the common areas of the property. At the corner of the house there is a covered terrace with table and chairs. There is also a private parking in front of the house and house itself is surrounded by a garden with small children playground. We ask all of our potential guests to get acquainted with the Croatian legislation with regard to the documents necessary for registration in the house.

The house is located in a quiet part of the island, and if you are looking for peace and true rest it is the place for you. No neighbors. No noise The air is clean and the sea, the beaches are wild and there is no one on some of them. When the wind blows you can enjoy the view on the closed terrace, watch TV with over 30 programs. Kuća za odmor "Markoci" je stara hrastova kuća smještena u Grabovcu. Od mjesta Rakovice je udaljena 4 km, mirna lokacija i čisto prirodno okruženje. Kuća ima prostranu travnatu okućnicu i besplatan natkriven parking. Kuća sadrži dnevni boravak, 2 spavaće sobe, 2 kupaonice, saunu, wc i kuhinju. U cijelom objektu dostupan je besplatni WI-FI. Gostu je dostupna oprema za roštilj. U neposrednoj blizini nalaze se Baraćeve špilje, a samo nekoliko kilometara dalje Plitvička jezera.

Od Nacionalnog parka Plitvice udaljena je svega 20 km, 10 km od starog grada Slunja s magičnim Rastokama, te 15ak km od Baraćevih Spilja.

Dear guests, our apartment is located in the small beautiful village of Korana, 3 km away from the entrance to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The house is surrounded by beautiful nature. The apartment offers a beautiful view of the waterfalls, river and mountains. Apartment contains room with satellite TV, free Wifi, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Part of the apartment is also a terrace right next to the river. We are looking forward to your visit!

This villa is located directly on the beach. The house consists of 5 bedrooms, living room with dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bathrooms, roof terrace with jacuzzi for five person, sauna and gym. All rooms are air-conditioned and two rooms have a private bathroom. The house has a small tennis court, a football field and children playground.Our guests have private parking, free WiFi and barbecue. All contents are private.
